Snow Days and a School Update

It finally got over 25 degrees on Saturday afternoon, so we got out the sled and the snow boots. Cole could not have been happier to be outside. Of course it was still cold and windy so we did not get to stay out long, but enjoyed the time we were out in the fresh air. I know I always say this, but we really miss the warm sunny days.

He is really getting used to his new school and teachers. Everyday he goes right to Miss Mindy and she wisks him away to start playing. We hang outside the door and within 30 seconds he has stopped crying. We get a daily report that tells how long he napped, how much he ate and what, the activities he enjoyed, and his mood and both days this week he got smiley faces. When Chad picks him up his teachers tell him that he is doing awesome. Such a relief. It was a rough go the first few weeks. This little guy is talking up a storm too. We have no idea what he is saying but it sounds very important.
