Enjoying the last days of summer...

I have been trying to get a good picture of Cole and Chad with the WeeRide (Cole's new bike seat from Nana and Papaw)...it has been so humid that as soon as I take my camera outside the lens fogs up. Then I never get back to taking the picture. I finally got one to post. Cole LOVES this new seat. He loves going on bike rides. We got nice bikes when we first got married and barely have ridden them. It has been so fun to do together as a family. To see Cole's permanent smile while we are riding is so precious. Thanks, Nana and Papaw! :)

Cole has also done something pretty awesome...Yesterday he went No. 2 for the first time on his potty! We were so proud of him. He was proud of himself too and kept wanting to see it. Our first steps to potty training.

This little guy is talking to us in complete sentences and says everything we say. He loves and can say "quacamole"...it is so cute to hear him say it. Cute story: last Friday I was getting ready for work and had on a tunic with leggings and Cole says..."Mommy, where your bunky cheeks go?" While tilting up both of his little hands. It is like you are not by yourself anymore when you are with him, because he talks to you constantly. We love it! Enjoy the pictures!
