Beach Pics from Charleston 2012

We all had a great time!  Needless to say going to the beach with an 8 month old is a bit more work than with just one potty-trained child.  Haha! We survived and did our best to enjoy ourselves with him at the beach but just found it best to trade off, leaving Miles in for his naps, etc.  He enjoyed splashing his feet in the water and sand for the first time.  He would nap in the ergo (one of the best 2nd child purchases ever!!) on our long beach walks to find shells.  This gave me the freedom to enjoy the walks and not break my back holding onto this guy.  Cole is in his element at the beach.  He loves it and will play for hours.  He is just the best little traveler too.  He just watches his movies, talks (of course) with us, snacks and is just chill.  He always has been, hoping he will teach Miles the ropes on how to travel to the beach.  Looking forward to future trips where Miles can enjoy it as much as we all do!
