Cole's first day of Pre-K and last year of preschool

He was so excited this morning and we were too!  He has lots of old friends from last year with him and the same teachers from last year too...Mrs. Veatch & Mrs. Carson, who he just adores!
Our only year I am assuming with no first day school nerves and jitters.  Last year we did not know what to expect with his first year of preschool and we were definitely nervous for him.  This year seems like a nice reprieve with so much familiarity.  We always knew we would have this extra year with him with his summer birthday and so thankful for this time.  Sure wish Miles was a summer birthday so we could keep him an extra year too!  We will definitely be savoring these last 11 months or so before he starts kindergarten. I just cannot believe we are this close to starting kindergarten.  Here is our guy super excited and ready to get going to school today...
