Halloween 2013

Fun year of trick or treating!!  Last year Miles stayed home with Granna at 7 months old and helped her pass out candy, but this year he got to participate.  He had a blast and told everyone "Tnk ooh" (Thank you) for his candy.  He loved it!  Cole was a soldier and Miles was a Cubs baseball player.  He was not big on wearing any of the million costumes we have.  We thought we were going to get him into Batman but he only would put it on once so this was a nice compromise and the same thing Cole was his 2nd year of trick or treating.

So we gave Cole the option of trading in his candy for so much money per piece and he was all about this.  So with his money he made from his candy bag and his other Halloween money from grandparents, he got a toy!  I say that is a win for all...no junky candy in their bellies and a toy that lasts longer...Yay!  We did tell him he could keep whatever he wanted and he said he did not want anything but a box of cereal that someone passed out.  It was a box of fruit loops and he picked it because he saw it on a commercial he said. Haha! Love these cuties!
